A fun cake that frequently fools people into thinking it is a real cactus! The "pot" is chocolate mocha cake filled with white chocolate mousse, then covered with vanilla buttercream and fondant. The "cactus" is cinnamon vanilla cake filled with cream cheese frosting. It is decorated with vanilla buttercream and royal icing "needles"
