Poncho Cake
This is the second of two bridal shower cakes. It is a 9 inch round, 3 layer red velvet cake filled with cream cheese frosting and decorated with vanilla buttercream. A colourful fondant poncho sits on top and a horse-drawn carriage figurine completes the look.
