Fire Helmet Cake
A cake cleverly disguised as a fire helmet. The brim is a cakeboard covered with fondant. The rest of the cake is also covered with fondant with fondant details and the shield is made of a mixture of fondant and gumpaste to hold its shape. Underneath is a raspberry-kissed cinnamon vanilla cake filled with Hershey's chocolate buttercream
