What a fun Christmas cake! The "chimney" is a 3 layer white cake filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream. It is decorated with fondant bricks. Santa's bottom is a chocolate cake filled and frosted with peppermint buttercream and covered with fondant. Santa's legs are wooden dowels covered with fondant.
